Call instead

(310) 555-0219

Someone answers during business hours. Calls outside them are returned the same day. If there is a hospital discharge this week, say so in the first sentence.

What happens on the call

  1. We work out whether probate is actually a risk for you, which turns on how your property is titled.
  2. We tell you which documents you need, and which you do not.
  3. You get a flat-fee number on the call, not after a second meeting.
  4. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, we say that.

Bring if you have it

The deed to your home. Any existing trust or will. A rough list of accounts and who is named as beneficiary. None of it is required for a first conversation.

For elder law matters

We meet at hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and homes across the county. Ask when you call.
